God its even worse on Facebook not even got the parrot to annoy me I'd just ring them but digging holes has ruin me speaker so cant since 9 been trying to talk to someone

Then you need to call them on 0344 809 0202 or 202 or if you have skype then call them from your laptop on +44 800 902 0217 and speak to them ( Guide: A Guide to Skype )

 

Facebook and X is based on  queue and someone will respond it can take a few days though...
