As part of my upgrade I had a free 3 month Audible trial. This comes to an end this week and I do not think it is worth keeping and certainly not prepared to pay for it.
I have called Audible and they have informed me the contract is through O2 so I need to cancel through them.
I can't find a way to cancel it on the website or on My O2 and when I call it keeps kicking me off.
Any ideas?

Keep trying them.
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Cancelling will need a call to O2 on 202, or the numbers below if 202 is busy:

If you get onto the queue, with music playing, hang in there!
Good luck!

I had the same issue. Also now successfully cancelled, I am led to understand. I'll check my bill in a few days.

It's ridiculous that we're given the ability to buy anything through the website yet made to call a poorly managed phone service to remove services.
O2 please stop doing this, it shows that making money through creating barriers for your customers is more important than customer self service!
