Our identities have been used by fraudsters to obtain handsets and calls packages with O2 - at least 6 separate accounts. We have been bombarded with mail from O2 with default notices, arrears demands and Enforcement Notices. We do not have and have never had accounts with O2.
We first contacted Customer Services on 20th December and several times since but have had no response - just more threatening letters. Does the Fraud Team actually exist?
O2 even told Experian that we hadn't contacted them, yet we have case ID's from some of the complaints we made. Any ideas on how to get a response?

I'll ask @O2Lisa to help with this.

Thanks! We are very upset by this. One advisor claimed the phones had been delivered to us by DHL, but backed off when I asked for proof, two hung up when it got complicated, others have been friendly and apparently helpful, but not resulted in any action or redress. Does Lisa work for O2?

Yes she does.
If she doesn't get to you today, she will do tomorrow.
