Solved: Error message sending short texts

I am on Pay as You Go and recently have been unable to send text messages to numbers such as 60110 ,81025.

the error message I get is SIM1- error 42 ( seems to add +44 to the number)

Assistancee much appreciated to a non techie like me

My phone adds +44 to shortcodes but they still send fine.

If the numbers you are trying to message are chargeable, you need to add extra credit as they won't be included in bundles.

Sounds like your phone is adding the +44 number on,

What phone do you have, as you need to turn off smart dialing.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
