Hi I’m setting up my Watch ultra and when I click add mobile plan it takes me to o2 login and when I enter my login details it comes up with this error 

Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 112

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
