Hi

I have a second contact (my daughters) I would like to be able to turn off her SIM card temporarily when she doesn’t deserve it…. Is this something I can do from the My o2 app ?

No...

You need to have a look at the parental control software available, and for this google is your best friend (other search engines are available).

If you are on Android devices, I can recommend the Family Link app @heather75

You can control how long she spends on apps as well as the phone itself, new apps have to be approved by you and you can control which websites she can visit.

(Not sure if this link will work, but here goes...)
