Been trying to connect an apple watch to my account since August. Been on to customer services for over 8 hours and been to 3 shops. No one seems to be able to help. Watch pairs and then when try to add data plan I get a message saying will get a text in 24 hours to complete setup but if not to ring 2020 and quote code 08 any help appreciated !

Do you have an iPhone with a monthly contract sim?
Do you have iData enabled on your account?
Do you have a direct debit in place to pay your bill from?

Hi - it is a pay monthly contract and customer services say iData is set up as an iphone and there is a current direct debit.

Apple Watch error code 08
I am also experiencing this issue with no joy and paying for a service that don’t work ?
contacted them on 3 occasions no success
Keep informing me wait 24hours

I am also have 08 error codes. I have been in touch with apple and everything is working well? Just not with o2. Ive also been having this issue for over a week now. Anyone cracked it yet? 😞
