Have a look here  Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901 (bottom of guide)

If that doesn't work then you need to contact O2.

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202.

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Try with wifi turned off.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@MI5 What you didn't say is that O2 actually seems to maintain a different Call Waiting setting for when you have Wifi or Wifi calling turned On or turned off and that it also only activates Call Waiting turned On or Off after you have both entered *43# and done a reboot on the phone for each condition (Wifi enabled and Wifi disabled)

But even that doesn't seem to work reliably and when I turned Wifi off again Call Waiting no longer operated and only operated again when I turned Wifi back on.  This is even though I had managed to get Call Waiting working successfully using *43# with Wifi turned off and on and at one stage it seemed to operate for a fleeting moment with both Wifi turned On or Off and switching between Wifi On and Off mode

On the Moto G13 you can also turn On or Off call waiting through the menus in the Contacts directory by going to Contacts then the Settings menu then Calling accounts then selecting O2 then Additional Settings and then Call waiting as documented in Vodafone's guide for the Moto 13 at https://deviceguides.vodafone.co.uk/motorola/moto-e13-android-13-go-edition/calls-and-contacts/turn-...

But this neglects to mention that the Call Waiting will not become active until you reboot the phone or that the Call Waiting appears to be lost if you turn Wifi Off or On even if you for a fleeting moment appear to  have activated it successfully with both Wifi On and Off.

The conclusion therefore has to be that as with the issue with recently issued Sim cards having Calling Display turned off by default and half O2's customer service staff not knowing how to fix the problem that O2 is a network in technological and data overload meltdown with customer service staff not properly trained in how to resolve these various technological gremlins with basic features that should not be occurring in the first place.

Moral of the story is leave O2 if you want to have a network that is not terminally overloaded with too much internet data traffic for the internet to work reliably in busy locations like seaside resorts in the summer months if you don't want a network with very serious technological defects on basic services like Call Display and Call Waiting that the overpaid senior directors of Telefonica and Virgin seem to have no interest in getting properly fixed.........
