When I joined O2 my account was set up using an email address that wasn’t right. I’ve since been back to the store to give them my correct email address. The problem now is there are two email addresses in my name and the wrong one, which hasn’t been deleted, is stopping me from logging onto the O2 app. Trying to contact O2 customer services is completely impossible as all instructions just send you round in circles. I’ve previously phoned O2 and they assure me the problem is now solved but it certainly isn’t. I’ve been with O2 for a month now and unless you are buying something from them, their customer service is dreadful. Any help would be appreciated. TIA.

go to the store will fix this issue more then CS on the phone you can get the staff in store to sort out the e-mails on the account you can get them to remove the frist one in store they are more helpfull in store sorry CS phone

Your best bet is to actually contact o2 on Social Media, and they can sort this out for you
