My number hasn’t transferred

Joined 02 on Wednesday the 23rd Feb used the online form, gave my PAC number at time of joining but my old number still has not been transferred, it’s now Sunday 27th 

why hasn’t my number transferred?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.
