Hi- I have just spent 45 minutes on the phone to one of your agents, when she finally sent me a link it was just to log in to my O2 account, I am beyond annoyed as when I tried to point that out she hung up!

 

When I bought my Apple Watch I was promised a code for Ear Pods (Beats), it never arrived.

 

I feel like it’s a complete con, my husband had the same issue but whereas he eventually gave up- I won’t, I will go to the Ombudsman if necessary.

Sounds like the agent hung up as you started to get abusive and confrontational, so cant really blame them... 

 

You can always HUCA and try and be calm and civil, rather than confrontational... @Joanne67
