E sim not working on iphone SE2020

I have an iphone SE2020

i have a physical sim with a greek network cosmote that i use for data

i have an esim with o2

 

- If people call me they get a fast beeping sound

- I go to call people i just get silence but its still trying to connect. 

 

Im loosing my mind, o2 have sent me two 2 esims to try, ive tried all the setting I can find on the phone, ive tried manually changing networks incase having both on cosmote is a problem, I really don't know what to do now, and as its mainly a business phone... All I will say is o2's messaging in the app is diabolical (one answer replies then cut off).

 

Anyway back to the point, anyone have this issue? Thanks for reading.

Anyone from o2 here? 

- my email for support has been ignored

- the app chat (not the autobot) are being cancelled after you reply once.

 

Is there a direct number that wont cost me a fortune to call.
