Please can some one help me
I have ordered a e sim from o2 came today I have bought my galaxy watch 2 but having problems getting the e sim to work am I doing something wrong or does the phone not support e sim thank you

The Note 10 Plus doesnt support ESim
The only 2 watches that are supported by o2 are the Active Watch 2 and the Galaxy Watch 3
If you have one of the above you will need to use the wearable's app and follow the instructions.
No other android / tizen smartwatch is supported.

I have the Active 2. I've been on 02 pay monthly but can't see anywhere on the website how to get the esim to allow me to run phone free. Has anyone sucessfully done this and how did you do it? I've been on the wearable samsung app and they direct you to your mobile carrier for a QR code. I go on 02 and all i can see is the option to buy a new active2 and package.

@LauraF eSims are only available in store for Samsung watches.
