I have an apple mobile which was and used used for being in the U.K. on PAYG. I do not use it for phone calls. I am in Spain a lot and have a Spanish sim for my other iPhone. I have a contract with Lobster. A different supplier is used for my fibre optic and landline.
I have been receiving monthly bills from 02.es/ Telefonica for my U.K. phone. They said it’s for the line. Can you explain what is going on? I was told I took out a new contract hence the reason why bills are just being sent.

You'll need to speak to Telefonica in Spain.
