Hi, I recently lost my phone and am filling out a claim form sent to me by email. At the top of the first page below the 'Claim ID' space is a space marked 'Policy ID'. I cannot find a corresponding title on my receipt for the phone and plan coming with it.
Could you tell me where I could find the Policy ID, on my receipt or online account? Be grateful to know. With best regards.

You need to ask O2 to provide you with a claim letter which will have all the details you need.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
