Hello I payed an extra £6.99 for next day delivery that being today, and I’ve not Received an email saying dispatched what was the point paying for next day delivery if it’s not going to come that next day “my emails say the 5th estimated but nothing heard” if this item doesn’t come today will I get refunded the £6.99 I spent

Unfortunately o2 does not have a live stock system, so most things show as in stock when not all are.
It may well be that the device you ordered is not on hand.
