As of 26/3/23 when I enter *0# before sending messages I no longer get delivery reports. Anyone know if this is an issue.

As O2 does not officially support SMS Delivery Reports, no issue exists, @Wheelie

Not been informed of any issues.
Report it to customer services for investigation.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I too have seen SMS delivery receipts not working anymore and O2 ignoring the *0# on text messages.
I phoned customer service and they were clueless on the feature...

Customer service haven't been informed from my conversations, any tips?

It's definitely a thing but no one seems interested in looking at it @ChristopherAnd
I tried a forum advisor earlier but we were only told what we already know.
