No, not possible with O2, sorry.

All you can do is hotspot your data to someone nearby.

Please bear in mind that using a hotspot as suggested by @MI5 should be regarded as a temporary rather than a permanent solution. Constant use of the hotspot causes battery degradation and eventually your 'phone battery won't retain a charge at all. 

 

I ruined a 'phone battery through constant "hotspotting" during the early days of Covid ; the battery was replaced by Samsung but at an eye-watering cost.
