My  data is not working for me. i can only use wi-fi. Why ?

Lots of potential reasons @Fryzmaster 

Have you got mobile data turned on?

Do you have the correct apn?

Try resetting your network settings.

Is there a mast down locally ? O2 Service Status 

Have you used all your data this month?

Is your sim faulty? Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? 

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone? 

If still having problems, you can message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
