I left 3 mobile a few months ago as I thought O2 would be better for signal? How wrong was I !
I have a iPhone pro 12 max and my with has an iPhone 10 supplied by O2 and no matter where we are in the uk (we have been) data won’t load on anything under full 3G. Even full 3G is hit and miss! You can only rely on 4g and 5G. We pay a high price for kit and service and really don’t get the service! So it’s not local mast related. Tbh we are getting a little fed up of paying the high price and and 70-80% not being able to see emails, ring doorbells, not being able to text etc.

So what’s the solution?

TIA

@NoIdea

I use O2 all over the country and rarely have issues, so it must be a problem with your account setup or settings.

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
