This seems to be a known issue at O2 but has been going on for months with no resolution. How do I raise this to a more senior level? Data takes ages to kick in (up to 15 mins) when coming off wifi, and phone calls take 3 or 4 attempts before it can hold a call for the full duration. Awful service for the price I pay. Any advice please? Postcode is GU21

@Greg-O If it's a known issue there isn't much you can do. You can lodge a formal complaint, but we have been given to understand that the response time is around 8 weeks: How to Complain | Help | O2

It's possible the underlying issue is radio congestion, which - if true - will need additional capacity to be added to the local site to resolve.
Capacity additions that are "quick wins" and/or easily implemented, tend to be done quickly. If it's taking a while, there's likely a reason for that. Whilst you're quite entitled to lodge a CS complaint, it's unlikely that it will alter anything when they don't manage network rollout.
