Hi, I upgraded to sim only 2 weeks ago to have 30gb of data. A few days later I got a text to say I’d used 80% of my data, on checking my account it was showing I had 1gb of data (which is what I had before the upgrade) I called and spoke to one of your agents on 5th Sept and he tried to upgrade again to 80gb of data. I’ve had the text messages etc to say I’ve upgraded but I’m still sitting at 1gb of data! I need this sorted as I am going to run out of data very soon. I await your speedy response. Thanks, Julie

Changes to tariffs usually take place on the next billing date or anniversary
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
