Hi, I have been to Europe twice this year and although I had full 4g signal my data wouldn't work. I made sure that data roaming was set up and double checked the settings with a friend with the same iphone who had no issues. I am going away this weekend and want to make sure I am not in the same position! Many thanks Scott

Some things to try:
1 - Reboot phone. (or toggle airplane mode).
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4 - Turn off 4g (use 3g)
5 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
