Can o2 managers contact me urgently please about an entry on my credit file which shouldn’t be there. Waited over 5 weeks for credit file email to respond….they say 3 days…this is over 45 days now. Supposedly the 11 agents I spoke with on the phone have ALL done amendment forms and told if hear in 24 hours!!! Absolute joke! How do I put in a complaint???
