I have been trying to connect my watch to my phone for the last three months been on the phone to O2 hundreds of times been on the chat hundreds of times been to the O2 store four times still no luck keep on resetting my eSIM nothing

Seems a common problem.
Maybe worth searching the community post to see it anything helps.
The only information we have is in these guides.
You may need to persist with O2.
