Hi there,

I’ve recently started work in a new hospital and require access to my phone for work, I do not receive signal on the O2 network and now have decided I need to change my network to EE as I cannot work as a doctor without my phone, how can I end this contract and could I have my PAC code please?

Many thanks

You can end your contract at any time, but you may need to pay the remainder of the contract to do so.

There is help both for ending your contract in the guide Guide: Cancelling Your Contract  and in getting your PAC code in the guide Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] .

Good luck @Pippa2 !
