Solved: Changing SIM and number

Hi,

I'm an ex-VM customer with monthly sims for all the family, I have recently changed my Broadband and Tv service and have had anew SIM sent to me. Can I use the new sim with my old number and cease the old number account?

You need to call O2 to migrate your number to the new contracts.
