Not receiving OTP but only from O2

Hello,

I switched to O2 couple of weeks ago and noticed that I cant get the OTP sent from o2. Whenever I want access my acount details, choose extra etc they sent 2 codes and non of them are reaching me. 

Checked various other websites that are sending OTP while logging in and they seems to work...

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
