Hi Sarah,
I wonder if you could also help me with my applewatch cellular connection. I’m getting code 14, this only started to happen since I got a new applewatch at Christmas. I have contacted 02 and was promised a technical support call back within 72 hours. 72 hours gone and no call back . I just want it resolved really. Any help I’d be grateful.
