Cannot receive calls

I cannot receive calls, it says number not recognised. But I can call people and receive texts.  I have reset my network multiple times and still not working. 
I have spoken to o2 helpline twice and they say they’ll try to fix it on their end but then I never hear anything back.

I need this fixed asap as this is a business number

Persevere with O2 on 8002.

Has your number recently been ported in from elsewhere, if so I would suspect a problem with the ported files

Regretfully, this is a customer to customer Community with no access to accounts. For that reason we can only point you back to O2
