Solved: Cannot receive calls but can make them

I can make calls on my iPhone 11 but I cannot receive them. When people call me they get a message saying “you’ve dialled an incorrect number please check the number and try again” or their phone just does connect and they get “cancelled call”

I can send and receive text OK
