We need to cancel the O2 subscription on my wife's mobile but she can't remember any of the information required to log in.
I am retaining my subscription for the time being and pay both from my bank account.
How do I contact a real person to get help in doing this or do I just cancel the direct debit?

DO NOT CANCEL THE DIRECT DEBIT. (Until the contract is cancelled)
