O2 only offer bundles now, there is no standard PAYG with O2.

If you want basic PAYG with O2 you need to look at Tesco mobile or giffgaff, both of which run on O2 network, or for the cheapest currently available, see here https://www.1pmobile.com/

We cant cancel anything as we are customers like you.

You need to contact 4445 or change your bundle yourself. See here
