I can’t send picture messages, set up manually MMS, still not working

What phone have you got @KC1? Not sure why you would want to send a MMS as they are costly.

Guide: Accidental MMS Sending and How to Avoid itThere are other apps which cost nothing if used over wifi, such as messenger or whatsapp.
