Hi I have been with O2 since past 1.5 years. Last week I swapped my sim after I lost my phone. But after swapping I couldn't recieve calls or text. If someone calls me, hea hears that the number is not recognised. But I can make calls to other number.
I have already been to customer service and O2 store, but the issue persist.
Things that has been tried are:
1. Swapped the sim again.
2. Added and removed sim barrier.
3. Reset network on the device.
4. Tested sim on multiple devices.
Please help. I cannot access multi factor authentication as well as WhatsApp because of this issue.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
