Can't receive text messages when abroad.

Currently I am in Poland and having issue with receiving text messages. I am using Pixel 5 and I have tried the following things:  restart phone, restart network settings, changing network provider, changing network bands, changing Message Center Number. Any ideas?

Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received) contains all the tips we know for when you re in the UK - otherwise you will need to contact O2 CS (202 on Contract, 4445 on PAYG or via Social media at the relevant links just below this message "All links in here for O2 and VM".

Call +44800 902 0217 or +44800 032 1402 on your hotel wifi.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is around 08:15am UK time.
