I can’t make or receive calls on my phone I have done all the resets any one else got this problem

I can’t make calls it’s telling me I have to pay a bill so I did in e o2 app it says I’m £70 in credit but still won’t wor

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
