Can’t make calls or receive them

I can’t make or receive calls on my phone I have done all the resets any one else got this problem

You might want to try a new sim.

I can’t make calls it’s telling me I have to pay a bill so I did in e o2 app it says I’m £70 in credit but still won’t wor
