I’ve arrived in Tenerife and when trying to use data it’s only showing 3G but no internet connection is available. I had a look at my contract allowance and I haven’t got any bolt ons on my account and roaming is already set us with my contract. I have already tried fixing the apn from idata.O2 to mobile.O2 and this didn’t help either. Is there anyway I can fix this ?

You probably need to contact O2 to see if there is a roaming bar on your account.

Try rebooting your phone a few times and also try a manual search for a different network.

I tried this a few times earlier but it’s not made any difference, still seems to be the same.
