Can’t get 02 network am in Spain

Add email saying can use my phone same as in England but can’t get 02 network can you help plz c

Some things to try:

1 - Reboot phone.
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

You need to look for a network these will be named:

 

Movistar

Vodafone ES

Yoigo

Orange ES

 

Whilst roaming the only countries you will o2 is Germany, and Czech Republic, Slovakia.

Just try all the networks that come up on the manual search list @Spain1 

Some will work better than others.

Movistar is the normal one to use but others have reported problems with it recently.
