Hi,
I'm having trouble accessing my O2.
after switching phones, I wanted to get my number ported to my new phone, this came with a multitude of issues.
Eventually, the agent gave me the go ahead and I could use my old number on my new phone, the caveat is however that I cannot log into my O2 anymore!
Apparently my account has yet to be set up?
even though before I was able to access it with ease.
Could someone fix? or at least get into contact with me.

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
You can call O2 on 202
