Hi. I have just upgraded to the oppo A54 5G. I managed to transfer all the data from my old phone but I can not make or receive phone calls. Same problem with SMSs.

You need to use your old sim card or do a sim swap to activate the new sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
