Camera fail

My camera keeps saying camera fail, I have done everything it says, re start, clear cache  reset settings  it works but then stops again , front facing camera does not work at all  any ideas?

For best response you need to speak to the phone manufacturer.

@Andycam did it stop working after you installed an app? If so uninstall app and reboot phone. Otherwise as MI5 says contact phone manufacturer
