I am in Greece for a few weeks. My telephone calls made and received keep dropping.
I am using a 4G service with Cosmote and the signal is strong.
I have lost count of the number of calls I’ve made to O2. I ask for a call back if the call drops. It’s promised but doesn’t happen. So the problem still exists.
before I came to Greece, call within the UK were not a problem.

Sounds like an issue with Cosmote, as nothing o2 can do apart from report it to Cosmote for you.

What exactly do you want o2 to do, as its not there network, they have no input into how it is run??

Have you got 4G Calling enabled (VoLTE)?  If not then your call will have to drop down to 2G as Greece has closed down its 3G networks. That may be the problem

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks.
All the Greek networks (all 4G) drop my calls. I’m flummoxed why it’s happening.

As I said, have you got 4G Calling enabled on your account and phone?

If you make a call does the 4G (or LTE) symbol at the top change to 2G or E?

As stated, it won't be O2 as they have no power over the roaming networks.
