Call waiting not working..

Hi everyone, 

Hoping someone can help, I done a sim swap about a week ago both pay monthly with O2, done keep my number, since the sim swap call waiting just isn't working goes straight to user busy and hangs up. I have made sure call waiting setting is turned on, tried all the codes etc and still not working? Is this something I should be calling O2 about could this be a service issue? Still using the same phone as original sim.

Also try enabling Call Waiting with your WiFi switched off.

Thankyou, had a look but no help also tried turning call waiting on with WiFi off but still not working also tried resetting network settings
