I transferred from Virgin to O2 last May. I recently had cause to check back through my call log for an incoming call and was surprised to find a huge gap from last May to the end of January this year. Do O2 limit the length of the call history on my handset? I know I can see outgoing call history on my old bills but this doesn't help me with incoming calls. It was never an issue with Virgin and I was told everything would be the same when I moved to O2.

O2 have never provided details of incoming calls.
Not sure if that's changed with 360 but never have been historically.
The only visibilty of these was your phones call log.

Your call logs are totally down to your handset and your back ups
O2 have nothing to do with what your phone records

Thanks I had a feeling they couldn't effect my phones call log but it seemed too much of a coincidence that it went missing when I switched.
