As you may be able to see from my previous questions I was told that my bolt on data would roll over automatically to the next month if I had anything left over.. but it hasn’t & I need it urgently! I definitely had data left over so what am I suppose to do now?

To be fair I wasn’t speaking to you and people love spewing utter rubbish on here clearly as you only told me the amount of data I would receive not the time frame it would last so this discussion isn’t relevant to you! Don’t tell me it’s my fault for not reading t&cs! The whole purpose for this kind of platform is for people who aren’t 100% sure on things and want the convenience of quick ACCURATE answers, is that too much to ask for! So excuse me for not wanting to waste my time struggling through fine prints! I don’t need no more contributed to the matter! My experience with o2 has displayed no more than lazy money driven careless and inconsiderate robots with automated responses that refuse to listen to the troubles faced by customers deserving not another penny from my pocket!
