Hi I contacted via app to inform O2 about my sons lost phone and to ask to lock the phone. Without calling me for further information they barred my phone. It’s now 3 days after informing them of their error and advised my phone would be unbarred within 24 hours. My phone is still barred dispite me contacting them several times via the app. I can’t even call O2 on 202 to complain. I last contacted at 12.45pm today and I still have had no response. Can an agent please call me asap to correct this. I will not be impressed if I have to go into store!
