I used to have good signal at home but recently it seems to keep getting worse. Stuck with 1 bar of signal at home now which isnt great.
Both myself and my wife are on 02 and both experiencing same issues.
Tried the usual steps but still just 1 or if im super lucky 2 bars
Calls constantly cut out or im told by the person I am on the phone to they cant hear me or vice versa.
Apart from changing to another provider are there any other steps?
It didnt used to be like this but its getting tiresome now

@Renji99 Take a look here: How can I sort out my network issues? - o2uk
You can also download the My Network app and report issues yourself: O2 | Apps | My Network - Find Out More About Your Network Coverage

Thanks both. I have run through the usual Self help bits. Nothing seems to change.
O2 tells me I should have good 2G, 3G & 4G
Not really sure what the my network app is meant to do apart from tell you everything is great when its not.

Signal checkers are only theoretical computer simulations unfortunately @Renji99
So never 100% accurate and cannot predict indoor signal very well as building construction can effect signal also.

@Renji99 Not that it would probably do you any good, but you're meant to be able to to report network issues yourself using the app.
If the problems persist, you might want to think about getting a phone enabled for WiFi calling, if your current phone isn't capable of that.

@Renji99 I think you need to get customer service to enable it on their end as well. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Edit: Unfortunately, you have to lie these days in order to speak to customer service. O2 doesn't consider your call important because you're not buying anything, so you have to use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.
