Hi there,
How i can order new sim card?
I have problem with network signal.
O2 website shows I should have good signal here.

Check the network status at status.o2.co.uk
Ignore the coverage checker its a finger in the air guess based on optimum conditions and doesnt take into account local buildings etc.
If you think its sim card related then you have 2 options 1. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
2. Pop into your local o2 store with Photo ID, and they can sort it there and then.
Please also remove your post code from a public forum.
