Apple watch ultra cellular plan 08 code reference

Apple watch ultra will not be setup to add a cellular plan and is stuck when trying to add it. It gives code reference 08 and eventually unpairs from iphone.

Hi @O2Sarah- I am facing the same issue, i have tried multiple times to reset the watch and still getting Ref 08 message. Can you please help me?
